Warranties
Tool-Mall.com is proud to
offer our customers the best in new and reconditioned
products.
NEW
Products
All NEW products on Tool-Mall.com
have a one year warranty, from date of purchase,
covering any manufacturing defects. Consumable
items such as motor brushes, blades, bulbs etc.
are not covered under warranty.
Even though all the products we carry are manufactured
with strict quality control sometimes a product
gets shipped that does not meet with specifications.
If you have a product that does not work correctly
within the warranty period you will need to
return the product, postage or freight paid
to Tool-Mall. We will examine the product. If
the problem is due to a manufacturing defect,
we, at our sole discretion,
will repair or replace the product at no charge
and return it to you postage or freight paid.
If the problem is due to misuse, abuse, the
product has been modified or out of warranty,
we will contact you with a repair estimate and
ask for a credit card number for payment. After
the product has been repaired, it will be returned
postage or freight paid.
*Returns
& Exchanges on NEW Products
Before returning any product, please note the
following:
• Use the original box to ship items.
If all parts and pieces of the merchandise
you purchased are not returned in original
package Tool-Mall cannot issue a full refund
or exchange.
• Goods must be returned within 30 days
of receipt for return or exchange.
• Refunds, if they are made, will only
be made on the credit or debit card that was
originally used to complete the transaction.
• Shipments returned on a C.O.D. basis
will NOT be accepted and will be returned
to you.
Reconditioned
Products
All Reconditioned products
on Tool-Mall.com have a 30 day warranty. This
warranty does not cover cosmetic issues such
as blemishes, scratches, dents, dings, etc.
Consumable items such as motor brushes, blades,
bulbs etc. are not covered under warranty.
If you have purchased a product
from Tool-Mall.com which does not work correctly
within the 30 day warranty period, the item
can be returned to Tool-Mall.com for repair
or replacement ONLY. It is the sole decision
of Tool-Mall.com whether the item will be repaired
or replaced with another reconditioned item.
The purchase price of Reconditioned
items at Tool-Mall.com WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
*Exchanges
on RECONDITIONED Products
Before returning any product, please note the

Returns & Exchanges

to get a Return Authorization Number.
Items returned to Tool-Mall.com without Return
Authorization will NOT be accepted. When sending
your product you must include:

A copy of the dated invoice showing the original
purchase,
2. Your full name, street address and telephone
number.

Shipping Damage
All merchandise leaves Tool-Mall in outstanding
condition. We take great care to pack your shipment
so that it arrives with you safely.
However, if despite all of our efforts, your
merchandise arrives damaged, it is your responsibility
to call the shipping company (i.e. Fed Ex or
Yellow Freight), that delivered your package
within 24 hours of receipt and file a damage
claim with that carrier. All discussions about
any damage from shipping will be between you
and the shipping company.
Do not return any freight damaged merchandise
to Tool-Mall.com.
